Bacharach is the McKelvey-Grant Professor in the Department of Organisational Behaviour at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York State. As a guest speaker at the upcoming edition of the Academy where he will share with participants his key insights on how they can become more influential to advance the agenda of themselves, their organisation and their sport at the national and international level.
